Daniel Alberto Poveda Poveda is an experienced attorney specializing in Commercial, Corporate, Registry, and Tax Law. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Panama and a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law from the Interamerican University of Panama.

A member of the National Bar Association of Panama, Daniel has held several positions throughout his legal career, including Assistant to a Magistrate at the Court of Accounts of the Republic of Panama, Head of the Commercial Section at the Public Registry of Panama, and Coordinator of Private Banks and Head of the Seizures and Attachments Department at the same institution.

His extensive experience in both public administration and private legal practice has equipped him to handle complex legal matters with a strategic approach and a strong commitment to professional excellence.

Raúl Alberto Leis Arce is an attorney specializing in Immigration, Real Estate, and Commercial Law. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Political Science from Universidad Santa María La Antigua (USMA) and furthered his professional education with a Postgraduate Degree in Senior Management from Universidad Latina de Panamá, as well as specialized training in Legal Tech from George Washington University and Coaching and Personal Leadership from the University of Barcelona (UB).

A member of the National Bar Association of Panama, Raúl has held several leadership positions throughout his career, including General Manager at PGS Real Estate Services and Head of Transparency and Good Governance at the Municipality of Panama.

His experience across the legal, real estate, and public administration sectors gives him a well-rounded perspective when advising clients on immigration, investment, and business matters in Panama.

Jorge León Barahona is a litigation attorney with extensive professional experience. He graduated with honors from the University of Panama, where he was a member of the prestigious Sigma Lambda Honor Chapter, reflecting his strong academic record and commitment to excellence.

He is the Founding Partner of M L JURIDICO, established in 2007. He holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Procedural Law and has pursued advanced studies in Private Law with an emphasis on Commercial Law.

A member of the National Bar Association of Panama, Jorge has held several professional and advisory roles, including Secretary and Legal Advisor to Fundación Mi Papá and Treasurer of the NGO IUS Investigación & Formación. In 2021, he also served as a Consultant for Clamor del Corazón in connection with SENNIAF.
