Legal guidance for residency by investment in Panama
One category, three paths

How would you like to demonstrate your economic solvency?

The regulations provide different ways to structure the investment. The right option depends on the asset you wish to hold, how you want to allocate your capital, and the documentation available.

SLE can review the investment option before you commit funds and help you organize the immigration file correctly.

The key is not simply reaching B/.300,000. The applicable requirements regarding the investment, ownership, source of funds, and supporting documentation must also be met.
